Alexander Bellin is the latest addition to the Advisory Board of GMPVC Group, which combines the media for equity fund German Media Pool as well as the venture capital investment arm GMPVC Opportunities.
Alexander is currently a Member of the Board of Directors of Deichmann SE, where he oversees marketing and ecommerce. He previously held the role of Chief Revenue Officer at ABOUT YOU up until the ecommerce startup’s IPO, having joined the company at the beginning of its scaling journey. Prior to this, he founded two companies in the healthcare sector and worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company.
To date, GMPVC Group’s Advisory Board consisted of three former board-level executives from Germany’s largest media groups as well as highly regarded media and legal experts — namely Dr. Marcus Englert, Dr. Jochen Gutbrod, Steffen Naumann (since 2020), Professor Dr. Katja Nettesheim and Dr. Ulrich Lohmann. Alexander’s deep know-how in technology, branding and growth further complements the current Board’s set of experiences.

Alexander Bellin ist derzeit Mitglied des Vorstands der Deichmann SE, wo er für die Bereiche Marketing und E-Commerce zuständig ist. Zuvor war er als Chief Revenue Officer beim E-Commerce-Startup ABOUT YOU tätig, welches er vom Beginn der Skalierungsphase an bis zum Börsengang unterstützte. Vor ABOUT YOU war Alexander Gründer von zwei Healthcare-Unternehmen und Berater bei McKinsey & Company.
